When you go out to dinner, do you stick to a favorite dish or change it up?

Oh, I like this question! I usually go for something I know is good. Like, if I have had good, fresh seafood then I will order pretty much anything that is fresh.

If it is a good steakhouse, I will get different cuts. If I go to a place that has a specialty then I stick with that. We have places like those around here that do one thing super well. You don't deviate from what works.

For me, food is like traveling without a plane. I love discovering what a kitchen is proud of, whether it is a local street stall or a fancy spot.

Only at a truly special place, like a tiny ramen bar in Tokyo or a trattoria in Rome, I might return for the same unforgettable bowl or plate 🇯🇵🇮🇹

I'm very particular about my foods. I've found out recently I'm ND which explains a lot cos I've always been called fussy. 😆 and it means I have favourite dishes or types of food I always get. At my local Chinese take out I've had the "chicken curry box set" with beansprouts for like 27 years 🙈 I don't even need to tell them my order when I call up. I hate trying a new dish and not liking it.

Haha yeah. In one place I always have hunters chicken. Another place chicken chow mein. McDonald's, a quarter pounder with cheese.

It's good to try other things if your with someone who let's you try a bit of theirs. Otherwise it's too risky!

Depends on the restaurant, but it's usually some kind of pasta or risotto.
E. g - Pasta All'Ortolana, or Mushroom Risotto, or Zucchini Lasagna...
