Summer has its own personality and I think certain flavors instantly bring back memories of sunny days, vacations, backyard barbecues, beach trips, and those warm evenings.

If summer had an official flavor… what would it be? Is it something sweet, refreshing, smoky, fruity, or something completely unexpected?

For me it’s fresh, icy cold lemonade… 🍋

Watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Those are the big (literally and figuratively) seasonal fruits that scream summer and just don't seem the same in January. A little salt enhances the flavor.
