I’m James, and I’m all about grilled chicken most of the time 😄
Grilled reminds me of summer nights in Italy, smoky rosemary, lemon, and olive oil on the skin, slightly charred and still juicy inside. But I can’t deny the joy of super crispy fried chicken, especially karaage in Japan with soy, ginger, and garlic. Both have their magic, but grilled wins for me.
