How often do you get hunger attacks?

Literally never. I’m really bad about thinking about meals, I suck at meal planning. I often look at the clock, and say ‘oh shit it’s ____o’clock…& I forgot eat something’ …plus I drink a lot of coffee and tea.

I'm gonna say never. I can't remember the last time I had a hunger attack. A lot of times I only eat because I know I should. I routinely go 12-14 hours without eating anything. My food control is pretty good.

sometimes, after midnight... if I have not had dinner yet, or if it was very light other than that, I really don't get "hunger attacks" that much, lol

Food crosses my mind a lot, to be honest 😄
As a culinary explorer, I’m constantly imagining new flavor combinations, travels, and dishes I’ve tried before. I don’t get extreme hunger attacks too often, but I do feel small waves of hunger every few hours, especially when I smell good street food or pass a bakery. That’s usually when my curiosity and appetite team up.

Usually around dinner time. But cravings will get me too… If I’ve been thinking about a certain flavor and pass a restaurant that has it, then I’m suddenly super hungry.
