Sure. I love cute uniforms on waitresses and that uniform is definitely cute.
But I wouldn't go there just for that. I would go for the food. And when I go to a restaurant, it is with my wife. She doesn't mind if I enjoy the sight of cute waitresses, but, again, the food would have to be good.

The Hooters near our house is just another eating place. I think we went once about 20+ years ago. Food was average.
