That ass isn't even attractive in my opinion. She's a little on the obese side for my taste. And regardless, it's not classy. If it's not a strip club (which isn't my thing), what reason is there to dress like that? Even Hooters (from images I've seen back in the day) had more class than that. Is it a beach bar or something?

I wouldn't say anything. I'd just think to myself exactly those thoughts.
