What flavor of cappuccino is your favorite?

Do you marinate them or put steak sauce on them?

There are loads of different hot / spicy sauces out there, some mild and flavourful and others that seem to have the singular purpose of annihilating your tastebuds... plus plenty of factors inbetween.
Personally I prefer sauces that add some interesting flavour to things rather than super spicy ones. I put a lot of Sriracha on my food.
So... what do you go for?

Lets say if you have a food like fried chicken. It's pretty adaptable and you need sauce for it. Either those enriching or balancing sauces can work.

Enriching sauces enrich the food, balancing sauces balances the food. Pretty self explanatory. Usually they're creamy, salty, savory and thick. Examples are like gravy, cheese sauce, béchamel, pesto, aioli, espagnole, etc. While Balancing sauce usually are those that tastes different to the food. Usually sour and sweet to cut out richness like, ketchup, salsa, vinegar (we use it as a sauce), vinaigrette, barbecue sauce, sweet chili, etc. But there are also those that acts like both like soy sauce, mayonnaise, fish sauce, guacamole, mayonnaise based salad dressings, etc.. I know it always depends but since I'm a sour tooth, I tend to go with balancing sauces.

For a bit of context: I just ordered from a brand new pizzeria and it came with 3 additional sauces with 2 tomato marinara and 1 ranch in plastic containers.

I'm not usually a fan of ranch on other food items, but I tried it on pizza and it was a HIT. It brought a very creamy balance and acidity that together with the jalapeño on the pizza was a game changer. I'm not sure if I liked it because it goes well with this particular flavor (beef with jalapeños) or if it will taste great with other toppings.

When it comes to a restaurant a lot of restaurants have a KIDS MENU & a lot of restaurants offer a kids menu at a lower costs & smaller portion sizes as well. A lot of restaurants don’t make money off of a kids menu so should or shouldn’t an adult be able to order off of a kids menu?

It seems like many places are serving cheap, formed chicken strips almost like chicken patties cut into strips or elongated nuggets. The meat is spongy and fatty. It's gross.

I called it out when I ate at Chili's one day and knew something was different.

I saw McDonald's brought back chicken strips, but they don't look anything like the Chicken Selects they discontinued years ago.

Like my step-dad mentioned, if you pull it apart and it doesn't have striations, it isn't real chicken (at least not quality).
