Never apologize for a justified emotion!

Never apologize for a justified emotion!

Far too many people feel as if their emotions are a bad thing. They believe that they're inconveniencing those around them by being sad or angry or maybe even happy. I've noticed too many of these cases to just remain silent about it.

NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR A JUSTIFIED EMOTION! If something bad happens to you that makes you very sad you should be able to speak to a friend about it. If said friend seems annoyed or bored by your situation, then you need to find a new friend, not apologize. Not only do you have a right to have human emotions, but you can't exactly control it!

NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR A JUSTIFIED EMOTION! If you're being disrespected or lied to and you know for an absolute fact that this is the situation, then you have the right to get angry with the person. Don't apologize for expressing that you're angry (as long as you do it in a nonviolent way). You can't really be blamed for being upset with a liar, a cheater, or even just a very bad situation or day that makes your anger spike.

NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR A JUSTIFIED EMOTION! If something very good happens to you and you just want to scream it to the world, then do so! You have the ability to show your joy! Never apologize just because your friends seem annoyed that you're happy. What true friends would be angered by your happiness anyway?!

NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR A JUSTIFIED EMOTION! If someone that you're interested in has been flirting with you and telling you sweet things or just coming onto you in a very obvious way, then of course you'll fall for them. Never apologize for admitting your interest in a person. If you aren't harming or scaring anyone, then you have no need to apologize for how you feel!

ONLY APOLOGIZE FOR AN UNJUSTIFIED EMOTION! You should definitely swallow your pride and admit that you made a mistake if you messed up. If your sister/brother/friend/spouse knocks over something of yours and it breaks, you do not have the right to physically harm them. You should apologize. If you hear a rumor from ONE person that your bf/gf is cheating and you stop talking for them for a long time, you do not have the right to be upset if they begin to talk less. You should apologize and mend the situation and work out the issues. If you chase away your friend's girlfriend, you do not have the right to claim innocence when accused. You should apologize and talk to the girl. If the emotion is not justified, do not use this as an excuse for bad behavior.

HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD STILL NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR A JUSTIFIED EMOTION!
