
I know, uuhmm.... I know what you are thinking. You might be thinking that "it's easier to be said than to be done" right? Anyways, the good news is you are right :p
Why this take?
It sometimes happens that people are annoyed by certain situations or lacks the courage to really say how they feel about a certain situation. They are often on their heads planning on how to give up instead of expressing their feelings. It is better to express these feelings anyway, although in a positive way. 
First of all, You are not the only one.
Also everyone is made to survive. so find a way to deal with the situation than giving up.
Perhaps these tips would help :)
1. Don't expect much, live the moment. Try it today to make the best of it. And hope tomorrow would be better.
2. Allow yourself to be a bit soft and cry if you need to.

3. Keep in touch with people who are dear to you and who accept you as who you are.
4.Take enough rest. There are many things in life that are worth for your attention: art, music, religion, people, animals, etc
5. Pamper yourself a little or allows someone cares for you. Do what makes you happy. like taking a hot bath, do a terrace, ....

6. Try to avoid self-blame. Save yourself as much as possible. Encourage yourself, believe in yourself and give yourself compliments. Look back on difficult periods that you have overcome.

I agree with the last one. Self blame is so harmful and it's so hard to get out of that cycle if you're constantly hating yourself
