what else is there to talk about?
who cares about 'gentlemen'? , Everyone should treat everyone with respect- why create factions?
If this is what 'being a gentleman" has been reduced to, then I truly feel for all the single ladies out there. To me, all these traits are simply common sense for every guy.
I'm perplex as why you put a gender requirement to this list. Do you absolve women from the same rules? You should simply call your rules "my guide to be a good person".
I do all that except #s 6,7 and 13 but I have never met a woman who can match me! My excuse for violating # 7 is because I am so proud of her!
Why are the first half of your points all based around the simple principle of financial independence? that requires one point
That sounds sh*tty. I hope I never meet a guy that is this uptight as to seem like he has a stick up his butt by following so many rules. Its life have fun with it, do whatever you want.
if that's a "gentleman" then my heart sweals with pride at the realisation that I do not fit the bill. what a horrible life that would be.
well, if you pass 8 out of 15, you pass being a gentleman, although we may have to bell curve that.
The * of this is list is that the woman is allowed to do all those things
When I can find a woman who shares these traits, I'll definitely go after her.
I hope the same might be considered true of a lady.
I love your article. I think my ex-bf whom I left a week ago wasn't a gentleman :)
And women, to be a lady...you just apply to guide in the feminin tense.
lol, so the first four = a gentleman has a lot of money and wants to spend it on his girl.
that's all well and good, miss. But, what's our motivation to do all of this sh*te? It won't get you the girl.
16.A gentleman kisses a lady when she expects it, not when he thinks kissing would be a god idea.
He'll a hard time to guess when she expects it.
Where does one find a male such as this? :)
The article isn't bad, but it focuses too much on financial things.
@TheManInBlack:
It USED to. :/
Why are the 1st four all about money?
lol at 8. Girls do that ALL the time
