Almost no one looks like that second girl. It doesn't matter because you can do whatever you want with your body. For example even though I am thin I will never wear a bikini because I find them demining.
Everyone is missing the true reason why this is done... overweight people (myself included) generate more body heat. We go to the beach to cool off and relax. Maybe they're wearing those clothes because it is more comfortable.
Absolutely they should if they want to. Clothing is a personal choice and should be made for the wearer by the wearer. Also, a plus size woman in a bikini shows confidence and confidence is sexy.
I say it's fine for bigger women to wear a bikini if they manage to find one that fits and suits their body.

Why does it matter if plus-sized women should wear bikinis? Sue them for being comfortable with how they are and sue whatever store sells them. Should people that are not plus-sized really wear what they want?
Just because they make them in your size, don't mean you should wear them.

@Starlet23 No I do not. I know what to wear when it comes to my man. It's him I'm pleasing and myself. If I know something too small and tight, I do not wear it out. But that's my choice. Yea bikinis look better on certain body types but why it's not you so why do you care.
That's something that wasn't design for fat women and that's it. Because if it was, it wouldn't look that bad and disproportional.

If by "Plus size" you mean obese, then it's not nice to look at. Wear whatever you want, that's entirely up to you, but don't expect to not receive strange looks if you do.
