There's a difference between stating a neutral information and giving your interpretation of it. Saying women are weak or these things that he projects like here:

He's a man, it's the men's job to make the first move

He's too good for me
He will think I'm too easy or slutty or desperate or clingy
He won't respect me or use me for one night only
If he doesn't ask me out, then he's not man enough and not the right man for me and I don't want him anyway

Where did he get this? Sure some women do think this, but that it's an accurate on the average? I could come up with a list of equivalent things *some* guy come up with. He's making shit up. Sorry, I somehow missed it, I thought it would appear under your name. I wonder about the age of anonymous too. For example 24 is not a whole lot to have a lot of experience. If he's under 30, unless he's extremely good with girls, he might have had a very one-sided experience. Sure, girls in general have a lot of things in common, but they are all different, and at the end of the day, interactions can vary a lot. For all sorts of reasons.

There's also one important factor. What kind of guy you are, and what kind of girl you try your luck on, if it's one type of girl. If you always try with the same kind of girls, girls above your league, or always use the same tactics, then you might have a very one-sided experience.
