On GAG we get this question a lot "why hasn't she replied to my text?" and I've decided to give you myTake. The answer is very simple...

She forgot
Sometimes I see a text and I don't have time to reply because I'm so busy. I might see the text a few days later and decide to text the guy back saying "Hey."

She doesn't know what to say
Sometimes when a guy texts me something weird or personal I don't know what to reply. While I'm thinking of a response something else happens (I start watching TV, decide to take a shower) and I forget.

She's asking her friend
In high school whenever a guy texted me I'd always ask my friend what to say and in waiting for her to reply to me I forgot to reply to the guy.

Do you see a pattern here?

She either forgot or....

She's not interested
"What do you mean she's not interested SHE gave me her number?"
Maybe something you said turned her off, maybe she was drunk when she gave you her number, or maybe she just realized she doesn't like you.

That gentleman, is the reality of the situation.

If she's not texting you back she either forgot (for numerous reasons) or she's not interested. Or maybe she died...

Sorry, all excuses. If she is by girlfriend she sure as hell better not forget me. I check my phone every 30 min or so just to make sure i didn't miss one from her. If you are not interested or don't know what to say then reply with that and let him know you need time to think about it. if you don't understand it, don't try and mind read, men sure can't even though women think they can. so ask him what he means. if you need to ask your friend, and cannot do it immediately, then reply that you will get back to him in xx amount of time...

The amazing part of my life is that girls automatically tell me that why they didn't reply like:
●oops! I was in kitchen to aid my mom/sis lol
●mmm... I had to go to toilet
●sowwy I didn't reply on time o_o
●I was busy finding my cookies :p
●I thought YOU are not interested.

Sometimes they change the topic like:
●Sorry for late replies, girls' personal problems you know
●let's cuddle *cuddles you*
●I was thinking about you and now I realised you actually messaged me lol.

Well one thing I know, they are really not interested, that much. They think we can't detect their lies.

This one girl who likes me texts me first not knowing what to say after hello, good morning, she only talk about how she feel which is her emotions and that's it, if ask questions about her she reply ever 30 seconds, if talk about me and career she's start replying late, or text " oh" or "ok" then the conversation get dead if I'm not asking nothing. She does this in real life too, she pokes and punches my upper body a lot and play fight with her too by pinned her to the bed. But Im getting impatient with her lack of things to say. But she string a whole paragraph of things to say to other people.

Yeah its weird that you girls are too busy because I have my phone on me all the time, and 95% of the time I can answer right away unless I'm at work. And I usually respond on my breaks if I'm there. I just think its common courtesy to respond. Its not like texting takes that much time or thinking...

Not everyone is on their phone all the time. Most days my phone is on silent and I barely check it

Well maybe its different for guys cause we carry our phones in our pockets all the time, so if its on vibrate I pretty much always check it.
