My girlfriend was fine then all of a sudden got depressed?

My gf and I have been having relationship problems for some time. In the last week or so, I thought we were making improvements. She says she loves me, she has more of a connection, wants to wrestle with me.

Today, I kept rubbing her back and arm. She interpretted I was waking her up, but I just wanted to be intimate. I explained that to her. When she was up, I picked her up and brought her to bed. I told her I wanted her. She got teary eyed and said "not right now". I didn't want to focus on it and remained positive, "let's get some breakfast'. So we went to brunch, she held my hand, it was pretty good.

I then gave her a piggyback ride back, she loved it, was kissing me back and going to look at a book.

I saw a quarter (heads up) and thought it would be good luck, so I bent us over to pick it up... her phone fell out and smashed on the ground. We quickly got it recovered. When we got back I gave her a foot rub and an arm rub. She went on FB and made a comment that all of her friends are having kids...

We went walking to pick up her phone from the repair shop and she said she wasn't happy... I asked why and she just shrugged... I didn't want to dwell on it in public, so stopped to get us coffees then walked back. She said she wanted to go to bed.

Our relationship is having problems and I felt like we were making improvements... now I don't know :(

I may be wrong but 'Picked up something' myself just now as I was reading your story:...'All of her friends are having kids...'
She may have her on and off moods for whatever may be at one instance, but then in another instance, everything will hit her again.
Sit her down and have a long serious soul mate convo with her. I believe it may have a lot with Commitment, having kids, she's not getting any younger deal, and may be looking for more than the relationship you now share.

Thanks.. it's been going on for months. When we chat, she brings up how I didn't commit before and why it took so long for me to move in, how she said I love you first, etc.

She has to talk to you. We can't guess. What her problems are only she can tell you. I do what she does sometimes because I am unhappy and I dont know why. I have to talk and ramble to figure out what's really bothering me.

Its ither she wants kids, or she feels alone in the relationship which based on what I've read you are making an effort so maybe its just kids. She wants a kid. Ask yourself are you ready for kids or children?

She dould be having emotional issues such as depression. there's definitely so, ething going on in her head. I would be persistent in finding out what really bothers her if i were u. I'd do anything to make her happy and to show how much i truly care about her.
