Advice Ladies? When a woman says, "We should hang out sometime," does she mean hang out or go out? And how do I know the difference?

Assume she means hang out. You can ask her to do something with you that could be construed as "just hanging out" or as a date. Like maybe having her come do something you enjoy together whatever that may be. Personally, for me that would probably be going target shooting but it could be anything swimming, canoeing, taking a walk at sun down, star gazing, anything at all. Then if she wants to view it as a date she can. If she's doesn't, you have "plausable deniability" lol. Also, during this "outing" you will be able to find out if she wants to go out on a "real date".

in my opinion, hanging out is much more relaxed, more like, going to the other's house and watching a dvd or playing a game or something. going out would be more like, dressing up a bit more, and going out to eat :)

there a show at our school that this girl was in who i like but she had to drop due to work today we were talking and i brought up the show and she told me she wasn't in it due to work conflicts and i said welp no point in me seeing it #imstillgoingthou and see said lol me too lets go together, since she doesn't drive im gonna pick her up were friends but were not good friends the last time we hung out was like 5 or 6 weeks ago when we went to see neigh boors at the movies as a group thing and we dont really talk or text

she is really shy she told me she misses me but when i try to talk to her sometimes she doesn't always reply to me lol like i asked how she was and she told me then asked wbu, then i never heard from her its confusing but on my snapchat she will screenshot my selfies in my snapchat stories but she never talks to me unless i say something, she works a lot cause hse works at a theme park and its summer time but i guess ill see how she acts when i pick her up next Friday
