Girl's Behavior

SHe blocked me but still talks to me and touches me?

I asked a girl out 2 years ago she had uni work and she deactivated her fb telling me she couldnt see anyone.. then she wouldn't turn up to work on time like avoid me but still be sad behind my back i acted happy and normal and her friend saw but she was still sad and i felt bad so i stayed and waited time went by she was still sad and stayed away from me. she would act shy at times and be upset behind my back i felt awful and i waited till 3 months where i ignored her on her bday she walked by me.. time went by she wore make up and i went up to her and ask her friend if things were fine she told me to speak to her and i did told her no hard feelings but then again she was sad i felt awful.. i ignored her and she was looking for my attention.. i went up to her she told me why? i told her lets talk i wanna be friends i apologised and gave her a gift. she flirted with me. and we were on a break and then she was so happy to see me and then she ignored me then after her friend showed interest and left too.. 8 months later no calling no message and on my return she is all talking to me stands by me and touchs my back indirectly. i stay away from her as much as possible? what is this girls problem she activated her fb after and blocked me said negative things behind my back and then acts all friendly... should i comfront her and tell her this cause all she beleves is that i liked her all the way for 2 years cause i cared and was there for her
