I messed up asking a girl out?

We had great attraction and chemistry and I messed up and only see her again after a year
But when I see her now she and her friends hang close to me and they make sure I see them
And she walks past near me a few times alone making sure I see her but won't come over to say hello

Her friends also still stare
Is there any hope trying to ask her out now
Does she still seem interested?
