I overheard many females saying that they get annoyed or really hate it and makes excuses

really other then it being presumptuous it does not bother me. and if i like him ill just take it as him asking me if i want to hang out but he is too shy to actually ask IFi want to.

if i am not interested i will tll him honestly i am not interested.

YESSS ! Especially when they ask and we've nicely made an excuse and they still say well let's chill after... -___- the kindness way to just say no I don't want to is not reply lol it may work or it may not if not then its time for plan C

I am kind of tomboyish and rraised around crude language so I am more open to a lot of ways people to talk to me depending on the context. I think this is perfectly fine. I wouldn't trust my opinion though. Half of the girl population is overly sensetive

Well, tbh if the girl really does not like you, then yes she will make excuses. If you are a friend or her bf its all good and i'd say yes lets hang out, but if i dont know you or you are just an acquaintance then i'll refuse.

im not sure it kinda depends did we make past arrangements before or have they just come up to me and asked "when do you wanna chill?" i think id prefer a "hey, do you want to chill?"
