Girl outgoing to everyone but Me. Sort Of?

I recently posted a question about this girl (i kind of like her) that is pretty outgoing to everybody. She is super, nice, smart, and friendly. Guys seem to like her as a person, but she isn't super popular and she isn't dating anyone. When we talk our conversations are very short. they go a little like this. "Hi" "Hi" "How is your day?" "Good, how is yours?" "Good" then something random like "Hey, I did economics question. It isn't hard." "Great" "Cya" "Cya" She says hi to me when our paths cross (which is more than a couple of weeks ago) but she seems quiet and shy at times. In other words. She'll talk to me, but not for a very long time. (and it isn't like we don't connect) I'm confused at whether she is just a shy girl, or whether she likes me. Both maybe? Also if she is well liked, and she isn't super popular why wouldn't any guys want to date her? Please help thanks!

Food for thought: how do you know guys don't want to date her? You're not always around whenever a guy brings her up in a conversation :p. (P. S. Even if she was not popular and not well liked, doesn't mean her value as a person decreases or that the opposite sex won’t see her as desirable.) Maybe she’s not interested in the guy (s) interested in her. Seriously, maybe she’s like me and wouldn’t date a guy who I didn’t truly admire and adore. Firstly, it’s not fair to the guy. Secondly, to me it’s better to be single than fool around and waste time with a guy who I don’t even truly care for and don’t foresee a long term relationship with.

Sounds like she may just be shy to people she doesn't know very well. Maybe she's more outgoing with other's because she's comfortable around them! :)
