What does linking arms with a guy mean to a girl?

I have been seeing this girl (She's Latin and we met online) for about a month now. After the first time we met, she has gradually started to grab hold of my hand or my arm if we are walking in public. The other day, she came over and we were watching movies at my place. I had my arm around her and she would squeeze my hand/wrist. Since then, she has called/texted me every day. Also, when i saw her again recently, she was linking arms with me almost the entire time we were walking. When we would come to a stop, she would hug my arm and lay her head on my arm. Does she seem like she is genuinely interested or just being friendly/flirty?

I had a friend who stayed in Colombia for a year and noticed that in general people there, especially girls and their guy friends and very touchy with each other or affectionate, and that just seems to be their culture. Maybe it's a cultural thing? You should ask her if she's interested in you
