She remembers things I said from ages ago that I don't even remember myself?

So this girl I know, she remembers things I've said to her about me or things I've commented on, from ages ago so much so I don't even remember it myself. Then one day she will bring up something I said to her ages ago out of blue.
Am I over reacting, I find it a bit creepy? I don't know why she'd even bother to remeber them?

She's just being social and she likely has a good memory. It's not creepy. She thinks you'll appreciate the fact that she actually noticed something you said in the past. Be grateful instead because not a lot of people will care enough to notice everything you say or do.

I'm one of these people, just somehow manage to remember everything. We don't "bother" to remember them, it's just that it sticks in our minds. She probably picks up on a lot more detail about the things that you do than she lets on, too.
