If a girl tells you about her birth control does it mean anything?

If she described what it felt like after does her telling me about it mean anything? Is she implying that she is ready for sex? Is she trying to tell me she's going to have sex with others and she's not interested in me? Or could she be comfortable with me as a friend and not feel judged around me and just making conversation? I would think girls might be embarrassed about birth control. If feel that maybe she is comfortable with me but I don't know in what way. by the way she also comes off as confident most of the time so that may be a factor.

A friend that I have been hanging out with more. I'm usually very quite but I'm more comfortable around her. I think she'd be able to notice the difference of how I act.
