Girls, glancing, why do girls do it?

This woman in work most of the time doesn't look at me much, nor anyone else really, she doesn't give much eye contact, but occasionally I see her glance at me, like when she's talking to someone and she's walking away I notice she just very subtly glance at me. Or when I'm leaving she's at her car, and her eyes move too the corner too look at me but I'm already looking at her and she says goodbye. When I walk in her room with other people she'll look at the others and (im usually the last) when I look at her, she turns her head away.
Am I freaking her out?

I do this all the time to boys I find attractive its a weird way of showing that she's interested in you but she to freaked out to show you by her doing this she is hoping you will get her hints and have you talk to her first

She's nice too me, but sometimes she can be a bit 'straight' with me.

Honestly that might be her personality I know a couple of people like that if you're interested in her just try not to take it personally and shrug it off

I think she's attracted to you but she's probably nervous around you. You should ask for her number and ask to see her outside of work. Put her at ease
