Girl's Behavior

Is this girl trying to piss me off?

So there's this girl I have a crush on. I've never talked to her but I've caught her several times staring very discreetly at me for about 3 months now.

This week she was walking with some guy, of course she saw me, she kept walking and pretended not to see me (I did the same) and held hands with the guy for about 10 seconds, then they stopped it. I find this weird because she is very shy and normally wouldn't do that. Do you think she did that to make me jealous or do you think that's his bf? Later that day I caught her again staring at me, just when I saw her she looked away. I don't know what to think

One day at the library she purposely sat in a place where she could see me, and kept looking my way many times, when i caught her glance she rapidly turned away
