My girlfriend broke my phone. What should I do? Should she be punished?

Last night my girlfriend got mad on a girl sent me text "Are you busy? Pls call me." And I never replied to. She got so mad at me she started checking all apps on my phone... She found nothing and got even more angry and threw my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which I purchased just a week ago out of the window... It's display & glass is totally cracked and touchscreen is not working. Note everything is fine and she is calm but she broke my phone... It will now cost me the 30% of its price I purchased to repair. Should she be punished? Or what should I do?

She should pay for it and fix it herself or else you should threaten to report her to the police for vandalism if she isn't willing to cover it. Obviously she has anger issues and I would be pretty annoyed if my girlfriend broke a 400 dollar phone because of my slow responses.

Well, punishment is for a crime, if you want to punish her then It do it but, it should ot be by words or by physical damage or anger, instead find a way that makes her realise her mistake So she does not commits it again.
