My boyfriend called me a liar when I told him that I couldn't go out, because I was really exhausted (I was telling the truth). I'm usually very calm, but I started to freak out (I know I was overreacting, but I couldn't stop). I know he didn't mean it, and he was probably just joking. But this word irritates me soooo much, and I really don't know why. How can I control myself?
