Is my crush making excuses? What should I do?

So I've known this girl for 2 years now, and she already knows that I like her. She doesn't mind it though and we would hang out frequently. Lately, I would ask her to hang out but she keeps saying that she is busy. I asked her to the movies and I even asked her mom if she was allowed to go and her mom said it was up to her. So I asked her, and she said she had to do something with her mom. WTF? Also sometimes I would text her but she NEVER replies back, and I would ask her in person why she didn't reply back and she says her ipad is messed up. What should I do next? What should I do about her excuses? I really like this girl.

Nothing. You're acting kind of clingy, especially for contacting her mom when her mom has nothing to do with any of this, and it's probably what's turning her off from you.

If she wants to hang out, she'll let you know. She knows you're willing and that's one important part. The OTHER important part is that SHE should be willing too. But since she keeps making excuses, it seems like she doesn't want to. Let her go, stop contacting her, stop being so clingy. Either she'll be relieved because she doesn't want to talk to you anymore, or she'll notice that you've now calmed down and that you can continue hanging out as normal people. And then she might come back to you and ask you to hang out, if she wants to/is ready. Respect her and her decisions, don't smother her.

Hmm I'm like this to one of my guy friends who likes me, and I act like that to him too.. But, that's because I don't like him back :/ So maybe she's just not interested. Sorry

Hmm... maybe play hard to get? Maybe show her your fine and hang out with other people, see if that gets her attention... if she doesn't care then its best to move on..
