Girls, This shy girl that likes me acts so weird/distant today and I'm confused what does her behavior mean?

So there's a shy introverted girl i like (she and i like each other for 3 years back and forth). When this semester started in a period of 3 weeks she showed the signs that she likes me but was nervous/shy/awkard as she acts different around me to others. She would freeze up around me and not say too much but this happens:
-I saw her at my campus bus stop and she looked over and said hi and smiled as i did the same but she had her headphones so i didn't disturb her.
-We get on the bus but i couldnt sit next to her so we got off at the same stop and I start to talk to her. I noticed she touched her hair.
-Talking to her she was very quiet and barely said anything as it was awkward and she seemed a little mad.
-I asked her out for coffee by saying we should catch up sometime and she said yeah so i said would you wwant to grab coffee casually and she said yeah, I've been busy lately with school and homework and I said i totally understand but well talk soon and I left to go to my car and after she stared at me and touched her hair and left.
Why is she like this?

I'd say she really likes you and is so shy about it. when you asked her out for coffee she probably died inside because her dreams came true
And maybe why she was a little mad it was because she was denying you will ever like her back

But don't hold me to I could be wrong but I am sorta like her in a way, I'm a shy introverted girl and I put my earphones in a lot to stop people from talking to me and when I'm around my crush I would usually act the same as she is now so ask her out and see what's up :)

It might mean she's shy but totally digs you. Don't yell at her though, wtffffff, don't yell at anyone. Try with the small gestures til she gets used to it, then maybe go back to your coffee thing?

um i act this way towards people i don't really like, but as long as she agreed to going with you then eh you might have a chance but wtf is with the yelling at her

Okay, look. I am a very introverted girl off of the Internet. I rarely talk to anyone and people talking to me makes me nervous. Please don't yell at her! It'll make her feel bad and she won't want to talk to you! If you're positive she likes you then what's the harm in engaging in the conversation first? Also, touching her hair has nothing to do with this. It could possibly be a habit.
