Why do women get angry when 'nice guys' reject them?

I keep getting told I'm a nice guy and I think I am.

But I also get told that a truly nice guy doesn't want or expect any reward from women. So why do women get angry when nice guys reject them? I have rejected a few women in my life and they have all gotten angry. Why?

The people telling you that truly nice guys don't see women as obligated to be attracted to them are right.

If you reject someone they have nothing to be angry about unless you were deliberately rude or cruel when you did it. If they get angry at you, they are wrong.

The people who get angry when rejected are probably not the same people who say it's wrong for others to do so.

Other people don't have a hive mind, different people think different things. Not every woman will get angry when rejected, the same as some men will and some won't.

Most of me and my friends would just go awkward and be like, 'yah, okay, that's cool.' -awkward laugh- 'okay see ya'

1) maybe they didn't expect you to reject them, assuming you'd say yes because you're a "nice guy"

2) no one likes getting rejected

it's all relative... sometimes being "nicer" makes someone a "nice guy".. there is nothing really concrete

Not all women get like this and the ones that do get angry when you reject them are not worth a man's time or effort to start with. It is a sign that this will be her attitude to everything in life when she does not get her way and that is a turn off. It shows she is not really a nice woman if she acts like that when rejected. Women like that thing they are entitled to any guy they want well they are not. Men are not obligated to date a woman just because she likes him.

Well no one "likes " rejection. Some women do'nt like it because it makes them feel like they put out all the effort to catch your attention for nothing. Think about it. You would be the same way if soe girl you had shown interest in and tried to win her over just turned you down, it bruises a persons ego. Then again you have the women that just wanted a play toy and get angry because you rejecting them foiled their plan. Hope these points of view help a little.

Secondly, women aren't used to being rejected, since they usually wait for guys to come to them and ask them out. If they were angry, maybe they felt like you liked them, but you didn't, so now they feel like they wasted their time.

Also how you reject them matters too.

They wanted a nice guy as a partner. Lol. It is similar to guys when they want a nice girl too and then they get rejected. It happens.
