My girlfriend has a black eye, blooded lip, fractured cheekbone and she's been sliced near her Boobs... she's not telling anyone who did it?

She says she called me after she was in the hospital. Her parents reported it but she says she's not telling anyone. She attempted to cover up the area aound her breasts but I forced her to show me. I don't know what to do. she's refusing to speak and out of frustration I told her she deserved what she got. She cried and told me they were too strong and from this I'm guessing it was a Guy but she doesn't give away any names. After arguing I told her I don't want to talk to her again if she's going to hide it so I left and haven't spoken to her for 2 days.
In a way I feel guilty because she needs help but I get frustrated when she refuses it. She keeps sending these text messages like everything is the same? Is she crazy? The police are as useless as me and I'm contemplating ending things because of the stress. Is there any technique's I can use to get it out of her. I'm thinking of threatening a break up and I know that sounds cruel but things are a lot more bigger then her relationship right now... She doesn't look or sound normal but she claims she is.

If I were you, I would not threaten to break up with her. If I was in the girls position, I would feel so sad and lonely that my boyfriend would threaten to break up with me. In fact, I would consider actually breaking up with him if he is gonna be that flaky. I mean, think about it! She has already gone through so much abuse, why make her life harder! I understand your frustration, but there's a valid reason for not telling you. If I were the girl, and for some reason I couldn't tell you, I would want you to help me get back to my normal life as fast as possible. I would want you to help me forget. And then when I'm ready, I'll talk to you about it.

SHE NEEDS TIME!!! A very traumatic thing just happened to her and you need to support her and comfort her. Yelling and mocking her isn't helping and is probably making it 10 times worse. she's very scared and maybe the person threatened to kill if she speaks. Let me make myself clear and say that for some reason boys dont get this but BE FUCKING PATIENT dont push her and when she's ready then she will speak but other wise keep your rude comments to yourself

What are you doing man? Getting frustrated with her isn't the key. You need to show her that you care by not pushing the matter. She just went through something traumatic and may have been raped. She doesn't want to talk because she doesn't want to relive it. Give her time. If this has been reported to the police, then I would just give her the support she needs. You need to apologize to her.
