My boyfriend is my only friend. Is this bad?

I don't have a social life and my boyfriend is my only friend. I have gotten so attached that I feel bad if we dont talk for a day. I don't have anybody else to talk to and I tell him everything which I kinda overshare sometimes. Is it bad that has my only friend and person I text? How do I make friends?

I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing to be honest. My girlfriend doesn't really have any other friends besides me. I mean she has one or two that she speaks too on occasion but not really friends. Anyway just to say that it really doesn't bother because I love spending time with her and she's become my best friend which is great. And we live together so I see her all the time. I have a lot of friends but what her and I have is special and her not having other friends doesn't bother or seem weird to me at all

thats really bad because you are very very needy you need him way more than he needs you like if you two get in a fight he can go to his friends and blow it off and come back good but you have to deal with that all on your own and so many other stuff lol you need friends if you want to have a stable relationship with your boyfriend

Codepency is never good in a relationship, it can become extremely tiresome. If you're really interested in making friends I suggest you try getting involved in some outside activities.

Join a club or a group. Have you ever seen those gaming places where the people play World of War Craft and Magic? Like this or go to church. The goal is to meet people with a personality that will bring out the best in you.

I have no advice on making friends, as I haven't made any new ones in the past year. But I do think you need a friend who you can share everything with that your boyfriend doesn't want to hear.
