Im not sure how i can feel the difference in how a guy treats me: as girlfriend VS a friend
Because we started as friends but he was flirty
Now he is not flirty, not trying to seduce me or make me feel good

I asked what it was he said in UK its "do you wanna fuck?"
Why would he tell me that?

For all his possessiveness, It sounds like he's comfortable. That means people usually try less for their partners, go through the motions, and take things for granted.

Comfortability is a relationship killer. If he knew you didn't want to be in a relationship with him anymore because it grew stale, what do you think he would do? It would keep him on his toes.

I said he's possessive because he's telling you what to do. It's a sense of control and distrust of you making your own decisions. My own girlfriend said that even before I met her for our first date, her ex told her not to have sex with me. He too was controlling, distrustful, and didn't put in any effort to be her boyfriend when they were together.

It's not desperate to want to be closer with someone that you love. If he can't respond to your honest feelings positively, then he doesn't deserve to be in a relationship with you or anyone.
