they always put on gobs of makeup an heavy perfume. I just sit at my desk an say nothing. They throw it in my face different men at work are paying attention to them and not to me. I'm about to quit my job. It's like a popularity contest. The longer I stay the more stupid I feel. I've been applying to jobs out of state. Any suggestions?

I would let them keep looking like they're looking and not let it phase me. Being preserved and morally intact isn't bad it shows you have a lot of respect. Many people go after what they think they can get easily. That being said tho I wouldn't knock someone else for being themselves.
