i don't want to go to the whole bar and club scene, I'm not interested in one night stands, I want a girl that is girlfriend material if you know what I mean.

where can I find an abundance of these types of girls?

simple, walk out your house, go to a place where people are. see a girl you like and start a conversation. if she's interested ask for her number and then arrange some dates. either that or use online dating.

If you want to find girls with the same interests as you, I would suggest going to the places you like. Chances are, there will be girls there. It's just a matter of striking up a conversation.
