Why do girls get jealous when you compliment other girls?

It always happens
It happened twice today

When I compliment a girl
The girl who overheard the compliment but wasn't complimented gets jealous

Like today I was sitting beside this girl in theater room
I would say my friend but we're only friends in school I don't contact her outside of school

But anyway she's known for having a good size bust
When my digital literacy teacher walked by she noticed me staring at the teachers breast which are bigger than hers and says

"they're probably fake, and she's old. "
Why did she get so mad and jealous

Why are some girls like that
She talks about Boys to me, and around me, a lot,
I really don't care
But once I stare at my teachers bust she gets mad and jealous?

It depends on her reasons for jealousy. Not all girl react this way. We all want to feel some kind of acknowledgement. But nobody likes to actually feel ignored either. I mean, have you ever called her beautiful, sweet or something along those lines? All you said is that she has a bust. But what does that have to do with it? You noticed a teacher with a bigger bust, and you automatically stare while lusting. Your friend wanted to feel desired sexually by you, and is actually sexually attracted to you and probably wants a relationship with you also.

The other girl [if she is not the same friend] felt ignored and was also attracted to you. Some girls want and need validation from a man or couple of men to be accepted. If she is not accepted for her beauty and body, she would be viewed as worthless. They place their own value on sex, their body and overall physical attractiveness. Some are sensitive to it, while others like me are not sensitive like that. However I don't place the my value on those things. That is the difference. But a lot however do.

I never call her anything I don't even stare at her chest like that she just comes to me and we work

I don't compliment her because it seems like a lot of boys are after her and I wouldn't be any different from them so I don't even try that

Women hate each other when they see accomplishment in others. Men compliment each other but (most of the) women can't handle someone being better. It happens also that she gets jealous even if you're just a friend. But to a 100% probability she's jealous if she likes you.

Yes. Competition is everywhere. Rarely you'll see someone not thinking of competition.

Because a lot of girls want attention and want it to be about them. I got the same reaction from a customer who came in with three different guys. When her boy went to pay for his groceries, she gave me the nastiest, fake smile ever. And it's my job to talk to people.

Well jealousy is a basic human emotion and if the woman is naturally insecure then she will be more jealous by nature as well. However I think generally women feel jealous when a man compliments another on how the other woman looks or how appealing she is to him.

If a man does this, I think most women will feel jealous and more so if they are also beautiful but the other guy is referring to another woman being more beautiful than her.

I think she likes you and wants you to give her all of the attention. If she's not your girlfriend, then I don't get why she would be jealous? She maybe likes you but if she does it to every guy then she thinks she's just one spoilt brat who thinks she can get any guy she wants. Check to to see if she does it to another guy.

More then likely insecurity and a bit of jealousy. Maybe the other girl always get complimented and felt some type of way about not getting on OR she barely get's compliments and you giving a compliment to the other girl probably triggered some insecurities within her.

Probably jealousy I don't know how many compliments she gets but when she comes around me there's always someone following her or complementing her

I will bet the farm that she is nothing more than insecure about herself. I will add to this that she ended up with being your girlfriend, you will see how bad this insecurity will be.
