16 year old, not sure what to do when best freinds 13yo sister is trying to supposedly give signs. What do I do?

So basically what happened was I was dropped off at my friends house (his sister was there alone) and I went to the toilet. One of their babies knocked on the door and I shouted out "im in here", I then did the usual flish toilet wahs hands etc right in the room directly next to the living room. I then get out and see her completely naked changing facing away from me in the living room. I am thinking no way can she be that deaf, and I go into another room and yellout from there. My friend who is 17 basically also told her, after she called a classmate a creep for wanting to see a girl naked, that all boys/men want to see girls naked. My friend is learning to drive and me and her have spent some time walking, and it seems she is putting on more makup than she usually does. Now im kinda worried because I mean she's 13 and im practically 17. What do I do? Do I ask her if it was intentional? Is she trying to do something? Sorry for shitty lame time comsuming question.

you probably shouldn't ask her if it was intentional because if it was she might feel embarrassed and it would awkward for her to answer, I think you should start showing signs to her (start conversations, compliment her, flirt, etc.), if she reflects those signs she likes you and you should try to make a move, signs she is not interested if she avoids you, try's to make less conversation, and gets mad for no reason, etc. the only thing that might be a problem is the age difference, it's close enough to date but it's at that age where if you turn 18 any sexual relationship with her is technically illegal... :/// from what I read it sounds pretty clear that she wanted you to see her naked but don't forget there is a slim chance she really was just oblivious to you being there and had no idea

Age is 16 over her but lets be honest barely anyone follows that law and by the age of 14-15 about 2/5 of them have had sex. Maybe one day I can just crack a joke about already having seen her naked, albeit at 13 when not everything is there yet. I really dont think anythings going to happen, but maybe when she's older when the age difference doesn't really matter Ill jump on the opportunity I mean she's a nice girl (most of the time). I have meddled with reflecting those signs in subtle changes in posture while alone and the usual touching legs in the car but I wouldn't call that flirting at all. I did however spend some considerable alone time with her which really is what did it I think, ie going for walks, exploring a shipwreck together, babysitting. I mean she's just 13 she's probably just testing the waters. Awkward situation if it carries on maybe I will just play along without doing anything (hopefully). But hey age is just a number and prison is just a room xD.

it sounds like you guys have somewhat a connection not one you can base a relationship off of YET, just keep bonding the closer you get and the more moments you have with her the more you will be on her mind and if she really wants something more it will be easy to tell but the biggest mistake is confusing flirting with just being genuinely nice like you said she's probably just testing the waters so it's not like it's serious or anything good luck tho lmao

Well I believe he suspecta that it happened but he doesn't know for 100% sure, mayb 80% or 90% but he might have already asked her. I made the mistake of posting it as a meme anonymously online and it got considerably popular and I told him that Id made a post, he spent like an hour looking for a post and he saw it so yeah...
I dont know if I would want to confirm it in front of my friend because there was some questionable stuff in there lol. But honestly I dont really mind if he finds out, I just wouldn't want to tell him myself.

Well yes. It was kinda awkward though as afterwards straight away her parents came back, while she was still in the living room with a towel around her and I was just in the other room like, oh dont know whats going on in that room. Bad timing lol.
