Girl ignores me, but Stares from a distance?

There is this girl that i work with that has been looking at me from a distance but whenever she is close to me she will ignore me. Sometimes she will look at me when we walk past each other and other times she will just ignore me.

She tends to talk to everyone but me and whenever i am talking to one of my friends i have caught her watching me while she is working or even doing so whenever she walks past me. Given her behavior towards me i don't think she does like me.

So what should i do? Keep my distance like i have been or go talk to her?

She probably likes you. She probably has a ton of anxiety when you are around. I know I personally am guilty of doing this. For me when I try to talk to a person I like, I have a full on panic attack. Only when I feel very good about myself, can I get the courage to actually speak to the person I like. Even if I can speak it never goes the way I want it to, and it just ends up being small talk. I'd say just try to be very gentle when approaching, and try for one on one interaction. There is a lot less pressure that way.

i do that to, some girls are shy or want to have the image that they don't like you when they are really attracted to you. Its really stupid but it happens. i think she's trying to figure you out, maybe you should go up and say hi. who knows what will happen :)
