This girl avoids and ignores me But I caught her staring at me from a distance on 2 occasions?

This girl seems to give me mixed signals. I was thinking of talking to her but when i got close to her one time she just avoided me and would not even look at me. I thought she probably is not interested so i did not bother talking to her. But it really bugs me because i caught her staring at me from a distance at least 2 times. I really dont know what to do because know i have feelings for her and i see her a lot at my job. Maybe i should just move on?

It sounds like she’s just shy. Speaking for myself at least, shy girls have a tendency to like avoid guys they like to act like they don’t like the but the staring things means she’s at least noticing you. If she’s shy def be the outgoing one and ask her out
