Why does this girl repeat what I say to her in a nasaly high pitched voice? It's like she talks through her nose.

it really depends, is she your girlfriend? ,, or just a random girl,,, cause i sometimes do that with my boyfriend :D, but not repeating what he says, i use it when i am asking for something for him " can we go for a walk this late" , " can we get ice -cream ",,, it is just my silly what when i am asking for something ahahah because i know he doesn't really want to..
