WHY do girls like it when guys have their own place?

Question

I was gonna ask if girls like it when guys have their own place, well no shit of course they do. 😂 But I wanna know exactly why that is the case.

Given to the amount of money I make and the amount I owe... I still live with my mom and dad and the truth is that living in Los Angeles, California is insanely expensive. And I've noticed that so many girls gave me vibes that they would get frustrated that I don't have my own little place. As if it's some sort of a bad thing... why is that?

I honestly don't care. But when it's time for sex, it sure makes it much easier. Otherwise we have to go to my place, and it's rarely empty. Plus, my pets just *have* to be near me when I'm home. And I don't wanna fuck with them watching lol

With my ex, we had sex in my room, sala, etc and my dog would bark because I guess she thought I was moaning in pain haha.

I don't really mind, it's just when it's time to fuck, where oh where can we go?

I don't want to be walked in on by his mum asking for his dirty laundry. I like my privacy and sex is important to me so it's best if he has his own place too.
It also shows financial security so I don't have to pay for everything which is something that has happened before

It is more convenient when you have your own place to spend time together. It could be that they worry how much involvement the parents will have when she is over there. In her mind it could be are you guys going to be able to watch a movie without interruptions from them etc. It also shows independence and responsibility.

I prefer it but at 34, and living back with parents the last 5 years, I can understand various living arrangements these days due to cash flow etc.
I moved out in my mid 20s so it was hard to go back... it's easier for dating if someone has their own place!

For me personally, it's just because I can come over to his place and not have to meet his parents that way (if our relationship isn't at that step yet). Plus him living with his parents makes me coming over to hook up a tad more awkward.

But that's all it is for me. I don't think I'd write a guy off for living with his parents. More just like a small inconvenience.
