Asking because this girl likes me 100% but for some reason she told she has a boyfriend (which is a lie). I started ignoring her and she still stares at me, tries to get my attention by talking to other guys, and still finds excuses to sit near me, changes her schedule to see me at college, etc.

Shy girls are the ones who try this mostly. Outgoing girls tend to be more direct... Getting a little jealous bears the belief that the person is into the other person, but this isn't necessarily true, that's why asking questions can clear up any misunderstandings, but could also push the person away if too direct lol.

Any other ideas why she would do this shit? Im being serious when I say she is literally obsessed with me. She stares at me everyday, blushes when she sees me, looks down at the ground when we make eye contact, flips her hair, fidgets with her clothes, always finds reasons to sit near me (but won't approach) gets super nervous and awkward around me. she's been doing this for like 6 months. Then when I finally approach her, and her friend, she says she has a boyfriend lmao wtf?

I even checked her facebook and there's no sign of her having a boyfriend on there. She even likes memes about being single (i dont have her on fb, my mate does though). Should I give up on this chick or keep ignoring her? She still makes effort to stare at me and sit near me and all that crap but i dont bother with her since she told me she has a "boyfriend"

I do like her. But im pissed off about the mindgame bullshit that I think she's playing. Thats why I've basically ignored her since that day that she blurted out the i have a boyfriend line. She seemed kinda hesitant when she said it too (she never really mentioned it until now, we spoke for about 2 weeks) so I felt like it was a forced line, to get a reaction outta me. And that sounds like a good idea... i might try it.
