It depends.

Most of the time nothing. But if I've been holding it (is possible to do if you know you have it and dont have any sanitary products on hand) and I sneeze? I lose the control i just had and whoosh.

Depending on how long i held it for, thats how much blood is now pouring down my legs.

Thank god i tend to be pretty light.

Well.. I can say all the memes are true. I always call it "the waterfall". I don't know what sneezing does to women with light periods, but to heavy periods... waterfall all the way.

  Hahaha well, it's natural, so I don't mind. I'm only jealous of guys when I'm in this massive amount of pain, but not because of the blood. The thing I hate about it is that the washing machine has to work a bit harder on those days xD

Sometimes if the period is kind of heavy, a sneeze will cause abdominal contraction that seems to push a little fluid and endometrial lining out.
