to a degree yes but I already had asthma and arthritis. more so of the arthritis in the asthma that cause more pain. poor nutrition, stress and working myself, and having the tumor in my breast at one point my life. But with me being a small petite woman it can be difficult at times. but I don't blame it on my bust size. because I never really had that much of that problem when I was still going through puberty. the since I've been to the doctor so many times about with breathing problems, he was saying that because women go through hormonal problems during puberty and before the menstrual that it can affect their breathing. and those with asthma are more prone to have breathing problems before menstruation.

+1 yHasn't happened to me, I'm a DD so I might not be as busty as this question applies to. I also have a 38 rib cage, so I'm proportionate. I can imagine if you were like a 32 you'd have some problems... I'm also a weights person/cyclist rather than a runner... it could be dependent on exercise?

Maybe, I'm a 28 E so I have big boobs but a tiny ribcage.

Oofffff, your poor back. That's heavy
- +1 y
Yeah, nothing like taking the bra off, sitting down and plopping the girls on a table when I get home

+1 yIt would be easier to jog and play basketball, do ballet and other sports I like to do if I were smaller-breasted but my main problem is the asthma. I think overall BMI contributes more to inhibiting breathing that big breasts. They can be a nuisance, however.

+1 yIf my clothes are too tight, which happened a lot as my chest just recently stopped growing. I thought I was a C cup for years and was wondering why my chest area was so tight. When I finally took myself bra shopping, they measured me in at about 36dd give or take. I felt so stupid lol. During those years leading up to that revelation, I definitely had days where I felt claustrophobic
00 Reply1.8K opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. Pulling your chest forward would actually increase your lung capacity. If that's how lungs work.. which it's not. It's your cardiovascular health, which is the deciding factor in terms of affecting your endurance/breathing rate during activities like running and such; not your lung capacity.
Breast size itself has nothing to do with how athletic or not you could be.00 Reply
+1 yI'm a 34F and when I do any strenuous exercise I have to wear a normal bra and a sports bra and still hold my chest a little otherwise i get out of breath quicker/gets pains in my chest and back

Yeah it sucks :(
+1 yImposible. It's more about weight and if your in physical shape. There is bone n mussels n cartilage in between them, they can not limit your lung space. Lungs are deep inside boobs are out side the ribs.

+1 ywell I'm pretty busty at 44 DD and when I run even short distances I have to hold down my boobs cause they'll tug at my back and it feels like someone is punching me in the lungs.. but other than that, I have no breathing issues
00 ReplyMy boobs are not sweaty. They are not saggy. I don't have back pain. I don't have breathing problems.

+1 yWell when i was overweight yes i sometimes had a little trouble breathing but now that I've lost weight and my boobs have gotten smaller i definitely feel better and breathe better.
01 Reply- +1 y
but then again, the breathing could have been just because of the weight and not actually the boobs lol

I usually just take off my bra and rest my girls on a table :P

2K opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. Breasts are outside the ribcage. Lungs are inside. They really have nothing to do with breathing.

+1 yNo, and I'm pretty blessed. I mean if I lay on my back sometimes I feel like I'm getting attacked, but never no breathing issues.

@Kaylyne well I never was gifted with height. So I got I have something to work with LOL. And they can be a curse when you're jogging and feel like you're getting beat up
- +1 y
And the feeling when you take off your bra... it's like a little bit of sunshine after the rain
- +1 y
@WriterAndPainter Well I guess I was blessed with height as I'm 5' 10" but "cursed" in being a 36GG, which is likely to "expand" even more now I'm pregnant.
With reference to the Bra Removing, I'm convinced that every single woman on the planet would wholeheartedly agree with you. Sheer Utter Bliss. - +1 y

@WriterAndPainter I'm not yet a mum, and won't be until the end of October.
After having been trying for a family for the past fifteen months, I'm sure you can understand that all my emotions, feelings, excitement etc. are all rolled into one.
In fact there are times even now that I have to pinch myself that I'm not dreaming. - +1 y

Just the sheer weight of my boobs can give me some problems, especially when lying down.
