I just recently found out from a few female friend's giggles that a period poop is great for girls and I was curious why? Is it a relief thing?

it's a thing because when a woman is on her period usually has diarrhea or not really solid poop. It's not great. it's actually uncomfortable and a mess to clean.

When girls poop on their period it's apparently a thing, and I'd like to know why. Like is there a difference from when they poop off their period?
