Here's a Question for the Shy Girls: At Some Point, Do You Eventually Withdraw or Open Up?

While I'm inching closer to getting a better feel for this particular situation on hand, I think it's possible the one I'm interested in is shy (or at least the type to have only the guy progress things). And, when I think about it, I don't recall having to consider this factor in the past that much, so I seek your opinion!

So, say that initial flirting/convo/exchanges returned all good indications and vibes, do shy women, once they determine to have serious feelings for a guy, reach the point where they begin to withdraw in ways or actually open up? I guess what I'm asking is, if a shy girl is to determine that things are finally serious and have intensified, can that in itself have her withdraw (despite having been talking to the guy for some time), or would she open up at that point?

It really depends on the girl. Some girls will remain shy (even withdraw more because a guy liking her scares her) and wait for the guy to make the first move. This sis what happened to me and my current SO. We started as friends and I got a vibe that he liked me. One day, he asked to kiss me and it all started from there. I liked him too but I would never make the first move. To this day, sometimes I still am withdrawn from him.

It depends on how shy the girl is. That will determine how long it takes for her to open up. For some time, you might be the one making the advances before she reciprocates. But don't be too forceful. When she's comfortable, then she will really start talking to you.

If the girl starts to like you, she'll tend to open up more, but if she feels like it's too much, or panics, she's most likely going to withdraw.

With shy women all you can do is wait, see, and talk with them. After they feel open with you talk about what you want and where you see it going. Also don't waver from liking her because she will usually doubt it. If she opens up then she does though sometimes they panic and think that they opened up to far and withdraw.

Being a shy & very quiet person myself I would say yes, she's probably going to open up to u once she decides she has feelings for you. That's what happened to me when I was in love.

yes.. most girls will open up but you have to make them comfortable.. show your insecurities and your faults and they will most likely open up
