Why would my ex girlfriend ask if I miss her?

She has a new boyfriend and she "loves" him, but she asked if I missed her. Why would she do that? I miss the hell out of her and I still like her but I don't know what she is asking

She's basically just asking if you've moved on or if you're still under her thumb. A lot of girls do this for many reasons. One is they are looking for an ego boost. Having your ex tell you that he still misses you or loves you or finds you attractive is going to make you feel good about yourself. Two, she is wondering if you'll be around in case things go sour with the new guy (my boyfriend's ex did this and others to him when she got a new guy and he met me). Three, she's just screwing with you to be uncouth (as some dumpers do to the dumpees). Etc.

Most likely, she's just looking to see if you still think about her and miss her and whatnot. I could be wrong and maybe she loves you and will leave the new guy for you and you'll live happily ever after - but likely, this is not the case. Sorry.

i asked my ex that when I could feel he did and he said he did but haven't seen him since :-(

id be willing to bet she knows you still like her, and wants to see if she can get attention from u. if you tell her how you feel about her, she will be happy that someone other than her boyfriend likes her a lot, and will flaunt around shoving it in yur face. not a good thing
