I've been there. It will never stop. Even if you throw away your televison and computer she will find something else. Next time you cannot go to a supermarket where women are working. Just giving an extreme example here but you will get my point.

Honestly, I think she liked seeing it. I think she is very conflicted with her feelings and so she takes it out on you claiming its disrespectful but really that's to hide that she is interested. Yeah she's probably got anxiety and self confidence issues. Its not the end of the world and I think we've all been there at some point in our lives. We're also all self conscious about different things to different extremes and I guess that's just hers.
