I call people 'dude' all the time, specifically when I want to be sarcastic, but that doesn't mean I don't like them. So it isn't anything bad, it probably means only that she has a good sense of humour and feels confident and comfortable with you (I would never call a total stranger or a person I just met 'dude').
The girl can like you but just be very tomboyish. I grew up with two older brothers and it became part of my vocab to say "dude, bro, man etc...", so even if I liked a guy. Most girls that say does terms don't really consider it as friend exclusive words. So don't worry she might still like you.
