like no joke its a problem, i can see them go uncomftorable but i can't help it bc theyre so god dang good looking. if they acknowledge me in any way that usually sets of im staring. for example, today this kid held open the door for me and he was attractive so i spent all hour looking at him, then in a different class i mad eye contact with this other good looking kid and then looked at him all hour. basically i think once i notice them and theyre appearance then i can't lool away. i dont like any of them as crushes or anything, theyre judt super hot.

First off if you are horny which I assume is what your talking about masturbate. For me if i haven't you know, for a couple weeks i start to get this thing where im staring at girls I don't know why but it just happens when i usually have control over it. Give yourself a distraction etc otherwise i can't think of anything else but having better self control.
