Why do women wear sexy clothes if they don’t want attention? (Page 3)

Question

It's a genuine question so I'd appreciate if you don't bash me. Basic assumptions while asking this questions are  1) Not all women want attention 2) Many women receive unnecessary attention when they dress reveling. I'm not against it but asking this question just to know behavior of opposite gender. (Trans people can answer too, I won't mind )

To give a little confidence boost, to make me feel a little sexy.
Guys just don't really like me so it doesn't give me more attention.

Sometimes, you want “you look nice” and not “hey sexy, let me put it in your butt.” and it’s only the latter type of attention then don’t want.

Im not a woman but I've observed quite a few and believe me when I say most women want to be seen. Some want to be seen by all men and some by one it depends. It all boils down to a human nature, wanting to be loved and all that jazz.

It's pretty easy to attract attention for a girl who are dressed reveling.
A women can wear sexy clothes (in traditional understanding) and look good or not look good. She can not wear provocative clothes and also look good or not so much. But some girls has a srereotype that "sexy" = "good look" and only so. They would be surprised if found out that men find attractive a wide range of things, not only reveling clothes.

Sometimes women look sexy in simple clothing, so this is not much of an issue. I would suggest women don't wear revealing clothing in crime-ridden areas especially in poor countries where laws are not favorable to women.
